Carter Spradling, a senior at Clovis East High, won the Tri-River Athletic Conference Championships by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 15:25.42 at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Spradling helped the Timberwolves place second as a team behind Buchanan High by a 45-49 margin.
